The best. They are awesome and did their best to address any special concerns with me prior to moving into the property. I have allergies and could not tolerate paint fumes and they made sure the property I was going to move in gets painted asap while it was still vacant so the paint had time to cure and dry. I had many hiccups and change of plan moving across the country and they did everything they could to accommodate. I left the property super clean upon moving out and the deposit was returned in full and in a timely manner, which is amazing and really refreshing. I mean, I have had a lot of bad experiences with getting my deposit back from landlords and property management companies in the past despite leaving all their properties spotless. I would highly recommend Rimrock Property Management

We love Rimrock Property Management! Easy to work with and wonderful people who own and run the business. They are not like the other property management companies in Billings. I highly recommend anyone looking to rent a place in Billings to reach out them. I wish I could give them 100 stars!

These guys are completely upper crust. They are honest and hard-working. They believe that communication is the key to a successful business relationship and they’re on the ball. I have thoroughly enjoy working with them and will trust my future endeavors to them.

These guys are great to work with! They don't cut corners on the rentals they have. We have refinished some of their hardwood floors and we see that they take pride in what they offer.

Rented from this company for a 10 months and not a single complaint! Prompt service for any problems (which were seldom). Very polite- that continued through the move out process! Highly recommend Rimrock property to anyone looking for rentals.

Excellent and professional staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable for rentals in the area and the web based structure for maintenance requests and rental payments was exceptionally easy to use.

We rented from Rimrock for about 2 1/2 years and in that time it has been one of the best experiences as a renter we have had. Any time we had a maintenance issue its was promptly addressed every time thanks to Mike. The best part I found is They don't try to take advantage of move outs like many companies. You do a pre-inspection to know what to address and then it's in your hands. The final inspection with Tim was a pleasure. No surprises when everyone is on the same page. Thanks Rimrock!

I’ve rented from Rainbow, Better property management, Professional management, and Rimrock property management. Rimrock property management was the best company I’ve ever rented from. Very reasonably priced and extremely well kept and up to date apartments. Would never rent from anybody else but rimrock property management in billings ever again
