Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
No you are not. We do work with Section 8 and it can increase the amount of interested tenants but it also creates a higher vacancy rate while working through the approval. -
Are you licensed?
Yes, our team is licensed with two Real Estate Brokers and two Property Managers. -
Can I reach you after hours?
We are open Mon-Thur 9:00-4:30 and Friday 9:00-4:00. If there is an emergency, you can call our emergency line and they will contact us. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes we prefer you to be on direct deposit. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
After execution, we send you a copy of the lease, you do not sign it. -
Do you sell real estate too?
YES! Our owner, Jaidyn, is a licensed Real Estate Broker with a team of 6 realtors. -
How and when do I get my checks?
We pay on the 7th of each month, assuming rent came in. -
How is rent collection handled?
We collect rent online through our tenant portal or tenants may bring checks to the office. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We have a minimum $1600 deposit or we match the rent -
How soon can you start managing my property?
It takes 3-5 days to take on a property. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We have single family, multifamily, apartments, mobiles and commercial units. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
At the end of each month we give owners a 12 month cash flow statement along with a monthly income and expense report. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We hold the security deposit in a separate trust account
