Can you hold a place before I apply?

No, we require deposit and pro-rated rent + the application in order to secure a property.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

We require security deposit and the current month’s pro-rated rent up front.
How old do you have to be to apply?

Is the deposit refundable?

At the time of move out, the deposit is refundable if the home has no damage nor any cleaning to be done.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?

Tenants can pay rent online or bring a check to our office.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

If your property allows a pet, its $50/month per pet. Must be approved in writing from RPM team.
